200-C Laser Cover

  • Improves temperature stability
  • Works with 203, 205, and 207 mounts

The laser cover is an excellent way to improve the thermal stability of the laser by shielding it from the air drafts that can otherwise cause small shifts in plate and device temperature. For applications that require the highest level of temperature stability, the 200-C cover is an excellent addition. The cover works with the 203, 205, and 207 mounts, and can also be used in-conjunction with the 200-TRAY fibre management tray.

The cover can be screwed down or simply set onto the mount. Alignment pins built into the cover will prevent it from sliding around.

200-FAN Fan Base

  • Significant thermal performance improvements for the 203 & 205 mounts
  • Quick upgrade

The 200-FAN fan base is an option for the 203 and 205 LaserMounts for applications that require greater thermal performance. By using a small fan to force air across the mount’s heat sink, the efficiently and performance of the mount is significantly increased. For the 203, this means a thermal performance increase from 2.3°C/W to 1.0°C/W, while the 205 has an increase of thermal capacity from 3W to 8W.

Installing the fan base is easy. Simply remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the mount, replace the standard base plate, and screw on the new fan base.

200-TRAY Fibre Management Tray

  • Quick, easy fibre management
  • Works with 203, 205, and 207 mounts

The fibre management tray is an ideal solution for managing excess fibre on pigtailed laser diodes. The fibre tray works with the 203, 205, and 207 mounts, and can also be used in conjunction with the 200-C cover.

By using the natural tendency of the fibre to uncoil, the fibre tray will capture the fibre without the need of ties or other restraints that could otherwise damage the fibre.

1200-NULL RS-232 Null Cable, 2 m
This is a standard RS-232 NULL modem cable, and works with any RS-232 equipped Arroyo Instruments product.

1400-RM 4200/5200 Series 2U Rack Mount Kit, 2 Bay
This rack mount kit is designed to work with any 4200 Series LaserSource or 5200 Series TECSource, and is machined out of a single piece of aluminum for excellent rigidity and strength. One or two instruments can be racked into a 2U high space. If you will be rack mounting only a single unit, we recommend the 1400-BL to fill the unused opening.
1400-BL 1 Bay Blank for 1400-RM
The 1400-BL is used to fill the unused opening in a 1400-RM when only rack mounting a single instrument. Machined from solid aluminum and black anodised, it matched the cosmetic style of the 4200 and 5300 instruments.
1401-RM-1 43/53/6300 Series 2U Rack Mount Kit, 1 unit
This rack mount kit is designed to work with any 4300 Series LaserSource, 5300 Series TECSource, or 6300 ComboSource, and is designed to rack mount a single unit in 2U of rack space. The unit can be positioned to the left or right side of the rack space, depending on how you mount the hardware. If you want to rack mount w/o units side-by-side, use the 1401-RM-2.If you will be mounting instruments directly below, you will need to remove the feet from the instrument.
260-C Cover for 260 Series Mounts

  • Improved thermal stability

Improved Thermal Stability
Air currents can have a significant impact on thermal stability, particularly with large cold plates like the 264. For applications that need a very stable reponse, the 260-C is a custom designed cover that fits snugly on top of the fixture, and can be bolted down to prevent removal.

Nitrogen Purge Fitting
The 260-C also includes a 1/8″ barbed nitrogen purge nipple to purge the cavity to prevent condensation when operating below the dew point.

1401-RM-2 43/53/6300 Series 2U Rack Mount Kit, 2 units
This rack mount kit is designed to work with any 4300 Series LaserSource, 5300 Series TECSource, or 6300 ComboSource, and is designed to rack mount two units side-by-side in 2U of rack space. If you will be rack mounting only a single unit, use the 1401-RM-1 which is designed for a single unit.If you will be rack mounting other instruments directly below this rack mount kit, you will need to remove the feet from the instrument.
1402C-RM Pak Series Rack Mount Kit, 3 or 5 units
This rack mount kit is designed to work with any 485, 585, 586, or 685 Paks. When racking Paks on their sides, up to 5 units can be racked into a 3U space. When racking on their bases, up to 3 units can be racked into a 2U space. When using 586s, the tray only supports three units lying flat.If you will be mounting instruments on their bases, the ahesive feed will need to be removed from the units.

1403-RM 4400/5400 Series 2U Rack Mount Kit, 1 Unit
This rack mount kit is designed to work with any 4400 Series LaserSource or 5400 Series TECSource. It will rack mount a single unit in 2U of rack space.If you will be mounting instruments directly below the instruments, you will need to remove the feet from the instrument.
1600-10K 10kΩ Thermistor

  • Fast response time
  • 10k Ω at 25 °C
  • ±0.1 °C accuracy from 0 to 70 °C

The 1600-10K is an accurate 10kΩ epoxy coated bead thermistor, identical to the thermistors used in most Arroyo Instruments mounts. Accurate to ±0.1°C from 0 to 70°C, this high performance thermistor works well in many applications. The thermistor is very fragile, and should be secured into position with thermally conductive epoxy or similar bonding compound. We offer 1601 Thermal epoxy, a 2-part epoxy packaged in 3 gram packets.

The 1600-100RTD is an accurate 100Ω platinum RTD, identical to the RTDs used in Arroyo Instruments’ high temperature mounts. Accurate to 0.12% (±0.33°C) at 100Ω;, this high performance RTD works well in many applications and across a wide range of temperatures. The RTD is encased in a small stainless steel housing, and should be secured into position with thermally conductive epoxy or similar bonding compound. We offer 1601 Thermal epoxy, a 2-part epoxy packaged in 3 gram packets.

This is a 2-part thermal epoxy, well suited for bonding the 1600-10K thermistor to your cold plate or test subject. Cure time is 24 hours at room temperature. See data sheet for additional performance details.
1900 Replacement Butterfly Connector (Pair)
These are replacement butterfly connectors for the 202, 203, 204, and 205 Butterfly LaserMounts. The connectors are socketed, so replacement is very easy, simply remove the two retaining screws and unplug the connector. Sold as a set (left and right).
1902 12V DC Power Supply
The 12V DC power supply is intended to be used with the 240 Series LaserMounts when operating the mount from a temperature controller that does not include a built-in power supply for the fan (such as the 5235 TECSource, or any non-Arroyo controller).International customers will receive a kit which includes replacable plugs to match your local power outlet style.

It is a switching power supply, and will work on any standard worldwide voltage.

USBHUB7 7-port USB Hub
7-port USB Hub that integrates into the 1402C-RM rack mount tray. Low profile, can be used with or without the power supply.
USBHUB12 12-port USB Hub
12-port USB Hub that integrates into the 1402C-RM rack mount tray. Low profile, can be used with or without the power supply.
