We offer a broad range of photodiodes including fibre pigtail photodiodes, gated integrated photodiodes amplifiers and transimpedance photodiode amplifiers.

The Laser 2000 range of in-line pigtailed detectors is for use with visible and infrared laser systems operating within optical fibre. These systems are pigtailed with industry standard connectors for connecting directly to the fibre-optic cable. Three different detector types are offered, a pigtailed silicon detector for visible and near infrared work, an InGaAs PIN photodiode and a Germanium avalanche photodiode for use in the near infrared and infrared.

The GIA100 series of gated integrating amplifiers employ dual monolithic switched integrators. This design results in very low leakage error, charge injection error and pickup. The precision input stage may be configured for current or voltage inputs.

The Transimpedance photodiode amplifier employs precision single ended transimpedance input stages to provide for low offset and high linearity throughout the full dynamic range. The single ended input stage is required for applications where the current source is inherently grounded externally.

We offer a highly sensitive gated integrating amplifier, designed for fast switching (1 µs) and an integrated analogue output.
We offer two fibre pigtailed photodiodes, InGaAs and Silicon, each with a varying wavelength range (1100-1650nm: 400-1100nm).
We offer a range of transimpedance amplifiers with varying gain ranges (4-16) and rise time.
