Features:

2. 200 µstep/revolution stepper motor, microstepped up to 256x (with X-MCB1) to provide smooth and precise motion.
3. All mounting features vented for fast and convenient vacuum pump down.
4. High vacuum compatible stepper motors rated to 10-6 torr.
5. M2 and M3 mounting patterns, M4 center hole for optical posts
6. Stainless steel design for long lifetime and easy cleaning for vacuum environment.
7. 10 or 25 mm of travel with 23 nm resolution (0.012 inch pitch lead screw).
8. Compact design for fitting into the tightest spaces.

Zaber Technologies’ LSA-V2 series stages are designed to fit into the smallest spaces, without sacrificing performance or features. Small but powerful, these stages have up to 10 mm/s speed and up to 35 N thrust. With a microstep size of less than 25 nm, they allow for reliable ultra-fine positioning in vacuum environments.
