For optimal filter set performance, pair this dichroic with AF01-535/40 and AF01-584/40, which have been optimized for Cy3™, Alexa Fluor 555, and other key fluorophores. Precise edge placement of the steep transition edge combined with very high reflection and transmission bands maximize fluorophore performance compared to standard dichroics.
