Low vacuum motorized goniometers with built-in controllers

Features:

1. 200 step per revolution stepper motor, microstepped up to 256x to provide smooth and precise motion.
2. Integrated stepper motor controller and motor driver allows for easy-to-use control.
3. Only 4 feedthrough wires required to control all units in the daisy-chain via serial port (with an X-PIB adaptor).
4. Daisy-chain additional units to reduce wiring clutter. Power and data can be shared in the chain.
5. Low vacuum compatible stepper motors rated to 10-3 Torr.
6. 40 mm and 60 mm centre of rotation options allow for two axes of motion about a common centre of rotation.
7. Crossed roller bearings for smooth motion and high stiffness.
8. M2 (20 mm pattern) and M3 (32 mm pattern) mounting holes provided.
9. The interlocking alignment system makes it easy to stack two stages.
10. Low profile, small footprint.

Zaber Technologies’ X-GSM-SV1 Series devices are low-vacuum compatible, computer-controlled, motorized goniometers with a compact size and built-in controller. They are stand-alone units requiring only a standard 24 V or 48 V power supply.
