Features:

1. An indexed knob provides convenient manual control.
2. Hardened steel construction and recirculating ball bearing guide provide excellent stiffness and thermal stability.
3. Integrated linear encoder, stepper motor controller and motor driver allows for easy-to-use closed-loop motion.
4. Integrated linear encoder with 50 nm resolution and stage calibration provides full travel accuracy up to 15 µm.
5. 200 step per revolution stepper motor, microstepped up to 256x to provide smooth and precise motion.
6. Control all units in the daisy-chain via serial port (with a locking X-SDC cable) or USB (with an X-USBDC cable).
7. Daisy-chain additional units with a locking X-DC02 cable or X-DC06 cable. Power can also be shared in the chain.
8. Mounts directly to standard Metric or Imperial breadboards.
9. Travel lengths from 100 to 200 mm, with custom lengths available.
10. Up to 100 mm/s speed and 50 N thrust.
11. Low profile: 21 mm overall height.
12. Multiple X-LRM-DE stages can be assembled into XY or XYZ configurations without additional hardware.

Zaber Technologies’ X-LRM-DE series products are motorized linear stages with integrated controllers. An integrated linear encoder combined with stage calibration provides high accuracy positioning over the full travel of the device. The X-LRM-DE's hardened steel construction and recirculating ball bearing guide provide exceptional rigidity and thermal stability. High stiffness makes this stage ideal for multi-axis configurations or applications where excellent stability under cantilever loads is required.

They are stand-alone units requiring only a standard 24-48 V power supply. A knob at the end of the unit permits manual control – press and hold to switch between velocity mode and position mode, turn to move the stage, and press to stop.
