For optimal filter set performance, pair this exciter with AF01-712/48 and AF683-Di01, which have been optimized for Cy5.5™, Alexa Fluor 680, and other key fluorophores. Precise edge placement of the steep spectral edges combined with deep complementary blocking maximizes fluorophore performance compared to standard exciter and emitter pairs.
