For optimal filter set performance, pair this emitter with AF01-535/40 and AF560-Di01, which have been optimized for Cy3™, Alexa Fluor 555, and other key fluorophores. Precise edge placement of the steep spectral edges combined with deep complementary blocking maximize fluorophore performance compared to standard exciter and emitter pairs.
