The C12741-03 is a high-sensitivity InGaAs camera designed to operate in the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum from 950 nm to 1700 nm. Equipped with both an analog (EIA) output and a USB 3.0 interface, it enables 14-bit image acquisition and adjustable exposure times. These features make it well-suited for applications such as silicon wafer and device inspection, laser beam alignment, and solar cell evaluation.
Key Features
- Superior NIR sensitivity for precise imaging
- 640 × 512 pixel resolution for detailed image capture
- Cooled design for low noise and enhanced stability
- Dual interface support: USB 3.0 and analog (EIA)
- Frame rate: Up to 60 frames per second
Applications
- Silicon wafer and device inspections
- Solar cell evaluation and defect detection
