- Two-axis kinematic mount with +/-5° range
- Repeatability down to 0.0005°
- Holds 2′ (50 mm) optics; adaptors available for C-Mount, 1′ (25mm), and 1/2′ (12.5mm) optics
- Built-in controller; daisy chains with other T-series products inside the vacuum chamber
- Low vacuum compatible to 10-3 Torr
Features:
1. Each T-MM-V Series Mirror Mount has two T-Series compatible integrated stepper motor controllers and drivers!
2. Only 4 feedthrough wires required to control all units in the daisy-chain via serial port (with a T-DSUB9-P adaptor).
3. Daisy-chain additional units without additional cables. Power can also be shared in the chain to run up to four devices.
4. LEDs indicate the power and communication status of the actuator at a glance.
5. Powered by standard AC/DC adaptors (included in kits), a convenient and inexpensive solution.
6. Two integrated stepper motors and advanced algorithm enables 0.000086 degree resolution.
7. Clear aperture accepts standard 2′ diameter optics (mirrors, filters, or lenses). Lens adaptors available.
8. Mirror mount and motion control system in one compact package; minimizes cable clutter.
The T-MM-V Series are low vacuum motorized two axis mirror mounts. They can be controlled using the RS-232 serial interface.
Zaber Technologies’ Low Vacuum T-MM2 Motorized Mirror Mounts with Built-in Controllers
The T-MM2 Series shown here are motorized two-axis mirror mounts.
For Zaber Technologies’ motorized vacuum devices only a 5 pin feedthrough is required to operate multiple devices in a vacuum chamber. Two or more devices can be daisy-chained inside a vacuum chamber, eliminating the need for extra feedthroughs. Just solder the signal wires directly from one device to the next in the chain. In addition, power to vacuum devices is transmitted through the data cables, eliminating the need for extra feedthroughs. A Zaber Technologies T-DSUB9-P (included with kits) is used to splice the power into the data cable – it is connected to the data cable outside the vacuum chamber.
In this demo video, the Zaber Technologies Console is sending commands to the device telling it to continuously move to the end of its travel range and return home. For any Zaber Technologies devices, you can send instructions or automate your set-up using Zaber Technologies’ free software, or you can write your own application based on our source code.
