This set is optimized for the most popular green fluorophores like FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate), 5-FAM, and Alexa Fluor 488. It provides the highest brightness and is ideal for similar fluorophores that have narrower, more closely spaced excitation and emission peaks, like BODIPY.
Note on spectral plots:
