This BrightLine® Sedat multi-band filter set is engineered for four-band laser excitation, supporting:
- 405 nm for DAPI
- 488 nm for GFP or FITC
- 561 nm for mCherry
- 635 nm for Cy5
Designed for maximum fluorescence brightness and minimal crosstalk, this set is ideal for high-resolution imaging and super-resolution techniques such as TIRF, PALM, STORM, and Structured-Illumination.
With a 1λ P-V RWE dichroic flatness, this filter set minimizes focus shift and optical aberrations for laser beam spots up to 10 mm in diameter.
Both loose and cube-mounted configurations are available, maintaining ≤ 1λ P-V RWE @ 632.8 nm for consistent optical performance.
Compatible Cube Configurations: Available for NQF, LDMK, and LDMP cubes.
