Compact OEM Picosecond Excitation with Flexible Triggering
CPDL-Q Series delivers compact, OEM-ready picosecond diode lasers designed for effortless system integration and reliable high-speed excitation. Built on PicoQuant’s proven pulsed laser technology, these modules combine clean picosecond pulses with flexible internal or external triggering from single shot up to 200 MHz. Fast optical gating enables burst patterns or rapidly switched CW operation with a rise time of around 3 ns, making CPDL-Q ideal for semiconductor diagnostics, detector and camera testing, LiDAR, fluorescence lifetime measurements, amplifier seeding, and diverse time-resolved sensing tasks. Their robust performance and small footprint make them an easy fit for instruments such as plate readers, wafer testers, optical devices, or micromachining systems.
Optional Fibre Coupled Output
CPDL-Q laser heads are available with single-mode fibre coupling for precise and stable beam delivery. Typical coupling efficiencies exceed 40% and provide a clean, well-conditioned output suitable for fibre-based photonics setups.
