Features:

1. All of Zaber Technologies’ T-Series, A-Series and X-Series products have integrated stepper motor controllers and motor drivers!
2. 200-step per revolution stepper motors, microstepped up to 128x to provide smooth and precise motion.
3. Powered by standard AC/DC adaptors (included in kits), a convenient and inexpensive solution.
4. Plug and play connectivity to X-JOY joystick.
5. LSQ and LSR stages support both metric and imperial mounting hardware.
6. XYZ stages are available that can support loads of up to 10 kg (or more with a linear guide for cantilever loads).
7. Stages are available in a variety of travel lengths and lead screw pitches.
8. Multiple stages can be assembled in XY or XYZ configuration without additional hardware.

 

We offer motorized stages that can be assembled into many different configurations; for example, XY stages, XYZ stages and XYZ/rotation stages. We list a few common XYZ stage combinations here, but you can select your own combination of family, travel and lead screw pitch in each axis to build the stage you need. We ship multiple stages un-assembled to avoid damage to the moving parts. Our families of linear stages are listed below. Please refer to the individual product family web page for specifications.

X-LSQ Linear Stages:

  • 75 to 450 mm travel
  • 20 kg max payload
  • Up to 1 m/s speed and 100 N max thrust (vertical axis payload)
  • Mounts directly in XY and XYZ
  • Can be combined directly with T-LS stages
  • Available with motor encoders

X-LSM Miniature Linear Stages:

  • 25 to 200 mm travel
  • 10 kg load capacity
  • 25 N max thrust (vertical axis payload)
  • Mounts directly in XY and XYZ
  • Our most compact motorized stage with built-in controllers
