Built-in controller; daisy-chains with other Zaber Technologies products
Features:
1. Integrated stepper motor controller and motor driver allows for easy-to-use control. 2. Control all units in the daisy-chain via serial port (with a locking X-SDC cable) or USB (with an X-USBDC cable). 3. Daisy-chain additional units with a locking X-DC02 cable or X-DC06 cable. Power can also be shared in the chain. 4. An optional indexed knob provides convenient manual control. 5. Top mounting surface for M6 and M3 fasteners. 6. 55 mm tall (VSR20) or 85 mm tall (VSR40) when closed. 7. Speed up to 48 mm/s. 8. Easy access slots for M6 and 1/4-20 fasteners.
Zaber Technologies’ X-VSR Series vertical lift stages are computer-controlled, stepper actuator driven platforms capable of moving 10 kg loads. They are stand-alone units requiring only a standard 48 V power supply.
An optional indexed knob provides convenient manual control for versatile operation even without a computer. These stages connect to the RS-232 port or USB port of any computer, and they can be daisy-chained with any other Zaber Technologies products. The daisy-chain also shares power, making it possible for multiple X-Series products to share a single power supply.

We offer motorized stages that can be assembled into many different configurations; for example, XY stages, XZ (X-LSQ and X-VSR shown in video), XYZ stages and XYZ/rotation stages. Use our standard configurations or select your own combination of stages to build the multi-axis system to fit your needs.

Zaber Technologies X-VSR Series Vertical Lift Stages with Built-in Controllers
Zaber Technologies’ X-VSR vertical lift stages are stepper actuator driven platforms capable of moving 10 kg loads. They deliver exceptional travel and load capacity for their compact sizes, measuring only 55 mm (VSR20) or 85 mm (VSR40) tall when closed. With small footprints these stages can also mount directly onto Zaber Technologies’ LST and LSQ series of linear stages. The stages connect to the USB 2.0 or RS-232 port of any computer and can be daisy-chained with up to 254 Zaber Technologies products per chain. The chain also shares power, so multiple X-Series products can use a single power supply.
