Multi-edge dichroics have two or more transitions from high reflectance to high transmission. Semrock offers a wide range of dichroic beamsplitters that exhibit steep edges with very high reflection and transmission bands. This standard epi-fluorescence dichroic beamsplitter is optimized only for broadband light sources such as LEDs or similar light engines.

BrightLine dichroic beamsplitter for DAPI/FITC/TRITC/Cy5/Cy7 imaging channels optimized for Lumencor CELESTA light engine® utilizing 408 nm, 473 nm, 545 nm, 635 nm & 750 nm wavelengths.
